1-On-1 Virtual Nutrition Counseling

Initial Assessment

  • This comprehensive assessment allows me to learn and understand your diet and lifestyle history. We will create nutrition goals specific to YOU and brainstorm a plan on how to reach them.

  • At the end of this assessment I will recommend which follow-up or package plan best meets your needs.

  • Time together: 1-1.5 hours

Package: 6 months

  • Weekly sessions lasting 30-45 minutes each, frequency of sessions will change throughout the duration depending on your needs

  • Individualized goal setting and review

  • Weekly food journal review and recommendations

  • Unlimited phone access Monday through Friday

 

Package: 12 months

  • Weekly sessions lasting 30-45 minutes, frequency of sessions will change throughout the duration depending on your needs

Follow-up Assessment

  1. This is a single session to review your goals and address what is and is not working for you.

  2. This assessment is intended as a check-in to make some tweaks or realign after completion of the 6 or 12 Month package.

  3. Time together: 30 minutes

 

What to Expect

  1. After your 15 minute zero obligation discovery call we will set up your initial assessment if we are a good match. This will take about one hour. We will take a deep dive into your lifestyle, health, medical history, and goals. The better I know you the more I can help you! Together, we will start where you are and create a plan to get to where you want to be.

  2. Follow up sessions will take place routinely and we will discuss the goals set during our previous meeting and make adjustments based on what worked well for you and what didn’t . These sessions will take around 30-45 minutes. Each follow up session we will set new small goals and continue to make attainable individualized changes.

*Sustainable change is not always a quick fix. Please expect trial and error as this is a highly individualized process and it will likely take time to reach your goals.
