Initial assessment (60–90 minutes)

  • Comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals

  • Assessment of current nutrition, supplements, medications, training, and routines

  • Review of existing labs and testing

  • Discussion of whether additional functional testing (GI-MAP, DUTCH, mold/mycotoxin, blood work) is appropriate for you

  • Clear initial recommendations and priorities so you know what to focus on between now and our next session

Follow-up sessions (30 or 60 minutes)

  • 30-minute sessions for focused check-ins, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning your current plan

  • 60-minute sessions for deeper test reviews, plan changes, or more complex seasons of life

  • Review of how your body is responding, what’s realistic right now, and where we can make meaningful adjustments

  • Ongoing education so you understand the “why” behind changes rather than just receiving a list of tasks
