Initial assessment (60–90 minutes)
Comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals
Assessment of current nutrition, supplements, medications, training, and routines
Review of existing labs and testing
Discussion of whether additional functional testing (GI-MAP, DUTCH, mold/mycotoxin, blood work) is appropriate for you
Clear initial recommendations and priorities so you know what to focus on between now and our next session
Follow-up sessions (30 or 60 minutes)
30-minute sessions for focused check-ins, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning your current plan
60-minute sessions for deeper test reviews, plan changes, or more complex seasons of life
Review of how your body is responding, what’s realistic right now, and where we can make meaningful adjustments
Ongoing education so you understand the “why” behind changes rather than just receiving a list of tasks
