1-On-1 Virtual Nutrition Counseling

Initial Assessment

  • This session is spent diving deep into your history and what makes you who you are.

  • Create an initial action plan to get you started. This could include functional testing such as GI-MAP, continuous glucose monitor (CGM), DUTCH testing, mold and environmental toxin testing, and targeted lab work.

  • Time together: 1-1.5 hours

 

Follow-up Assessments

  1. Lab reviews to discover the root cause

  2. Individualized goal setting and review

  3. Individualized nutrition, supplement, lifestyle protocol tailored to you and your lab results

  4. Weekly food journal review and recommendations

  5. Consistent follow-ups and contact to guide you through your journey

  6. Time together: 30-60 minutes

 

What to Expect

  1. After your 15 minute zero obligation discovery call we will set up your initial assessment if we are a good match. This will take about one hour. We will take a deep dive into your lifestyle, health, medical history, and goals. The better I know you the more I can help you! Together, we will start where you are and create a plan to get to where you want to be.

  2. Follow up sessions will take place routinely and we will discuss the goals set during our previous meeting and make adjustments based on what worked well for you and what didn’t . These sessions will take between 30-60 minutes depending on what your schedule allows. Each follow up session we will set new small goals and continue to make attainable individualized changes.

*Sustainable change is not always a quick fix. Please expect trial and error as this is a highly individualized process and it will likely take time to reach your goals.
